This small vase has a low, rounded shape with a narrow opening and a gently tapered upper body. The glossy red-brown glaze fades into a rougher off-white lower section, with irregular pale bands that resemble lava meeting layers of volcanic ash and rock. Fine horizontal throwing lines and uneven glaze edges remain visible across the surface.
